OASE+ is a team receiving support from the Japanese government to establish a collective bargaining system of universities.
Our goal is to realize the ‘National Policy on Promoting Open Access to Publicly Funded Scholarly Publications and Scientific Data’ (Provisional translation)  by negotiating with global academic publishers.
